Character description
Mom is frequently portrayed as a typical houswife of classic television sitcoms: a stay-at-home wife who looks after her kids – Dexter and Dee Dee, a caring figure, and a parent who often does the house work. She stands out from this archetype, however, in that she serves a lot of authority in her household, even when her husband is present. She ocassionally has a ferocious temper when she is disobeyed or angered in some way. In some instances, she's also a profiecent figter, as proven in the episode "Mom and Jerry."
Mom appears to be more intelligent than her bumbling and somewhat childish husband, as shown in "The Muffin King;" similar to the dynamic shown in their kids; she angerly instructs Dad to leave the kitchen in spite of the latter's love for her muffins.
