Crew credits

Release

Dates are in order of release:

  • United States: August 20, 2004 on Cartoon Network

Behind the scenes

  • The episode title is a play on "Missing in action." You're welcome.
  • The Narrator's opening is replaced with Captain McCraigen.
  • Crack McCraigen is a play on series creator, Craig McCracken.
  • Mr. Larson is named after storyboard artist Brian Larson.

Errors

  • The brute pirate isn't identified by name on-screen, aside from being identified as Katanga in the voice credits, apparently provided by Phil LaMarr, although given that it has several mistakes, the pirate's name could be the unidentified Reginald, although that name is put with Dee Bradley Baker's name.

Legacy

  • When McCracken joined the social media platform Twitter in July 2013, he used the handle "CrackMcCraigen."
