Chemcial X is a powerful, mutagenic compound seen in the Powerpuff Girls animated franchise. It is used to give living creatures, including people and animals, superpowers and other abilities. It is also used to create life, as evident by the creation of the Powerpuff Girls, who were concieved by Professor Utonium from a lab accident.

Behind the scenes
- In the original Whoopass Stew pilot reel, the substance of which the titular girls were given life to is a "can of whoopass," but was later changed to Chemical X due to it being unacceptable for the eventual show's target audience.
