Double-Q is the chief of the International Sneaky Service and one of the side characters in the Secret Squirrel and Morocco Mole animated television shorts. His voice was originated by Paul Frees.
In the sequel series Super Secret Secret Squirrel, he was depicted as an ox and simply called the Chief.
