Darla Hood is a main character in The Little Rascals animated television series. She is voiced by Patty Maloney.
Character description
Darla is the only girl among the Little Rascals. Despite her feminine portrayal, she does sometimes participate in the boys' adventures. As in the Our Gang theatrical shorts, Alfalfa and Waldo often fight over her.
Unlike the Our Gang actress and her animated appearance in the 1979 Christmas special, this version of Darla has brown hair and blue eyes.

Biography
Development
The character design for Darla was believed to have been in development by as early as 1970, as a child resembling Darla was seen in the Harlem Globetrotters episode "The Great Ouch Doors".
