'"ASTROnomical I.Q." is the second episode of The Jetsons season three, and the sixty-fifth overall. It aired on October 21, 1987 in syndicated markets that featured The Funtastic World of Hanna-Barbera programming blocks. It was written by George Atkins, and voice directed by Gordon Hunt.

Elroy's new invention accidentally vastly increases Astro's intelligence being able to help George at the plant and other places, none of which last for long because Astro is still a dog. Elroy also feels put out due to Astro losing interest in playing with him.
