Production

Development

The idea came about based on the fact that Inch High probably wouldn't be very effective in real life, and Steve Patrick having a psycho girlfriend. He was too busy to do a complete job, so it was taken over by Ouweleer and Richter.

Filming

Barney popping out of the hole was added late.

When Reducto runs around screaming, Stephen Colbert actually ran around the booth screaming.

The scene shown during the end credits was put there because the episode was running late. The scene itself happens much earlier in the episode.

The DVDs for this episode contain four deleted scenes.

Music

The music was composed by Michael Kohler.
