Inch High, Private Eye is an American animated spy television series produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions for NBC's Saturday morning children's programming. It ran in 1973, airing 13 episodes that spanned one season.
As the name suggests, the series is about an inch tall private eye named Inch High, who works for the Finkerton Detective Agency. Inch is helped by his niece Lori, her friend Gator, and Inch's pet dog Braveheart.
The entire series has been released on DVD.
Production
Development
Inch High was modeled after Maxwell Smart, the main character from the Get Smart television series, with Lennie Weinrib's impression of the character being an imitation of Don Adams' character.

The music was composed by Hoyt Curtin.

Legacy
Despite being short-lived, Inch High was brought back in a non-canon purely comedic capacity in the Adult Swim series Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law, between 2004-07, and then the subsequent 2019 TV special, Harvey Birdman: Attorney General.
Inch High later appears in the 2020s Jellystone! reboot on Max, in which, he is voiced by Fajer Al-Kaisi.
