"World Premiere Toon In", also known as "President's Day Nightmare", is the third special episode of Space Ghost Coast to Coast, that is sometimes considered to be the first episode of season two, and the eleventh overall. It simultaneously aired on February 20, 1995 on Cartoon Network, TBS, and TNT. It was written by Matthew Maiellaro, and directed by C. Martin Croker.

The Council of Doom judges Pat Ventura, Van Partible, Gene Mattos, Gene Tartakovsky, and Craig McCracken in a pageant-like contest to get their short aired on Space Ghost's show.

Filming

Stock of Dian Parkinson is used from "Punch." She's even credited.

The DVD version, which runs 17:21, has the guests arranged in a different order with Space Ghost announcing Van Partible as his first guest, followed by (with another surprise appearance of Dian Parkinson wedged in between), Pat Ventura, Gen Mattos, Gene Tartakovsky, and Craig McCracken. Parkinson also pops up again between Partible and Ventura.

The clips and the full length cartoon of "Meat Fuzzy Lumpkins" are edited out including Space Ghost's introductions of them.

It was copyrighted in 1995.

Music

The music was composed by Eddie Horst and Mike LeFevre, the latter of whom was also the musical director. The musicians were Sharrock, Lance Carter, Horst, and Alfrieda Gerald.

• Zorak does a Beavis and Butt-Head-type laugh when Pat tries to explain how he chose the voice Yuckie Duck.
• The clips of shorts are of "Short Orders" from Yuckie Duck, Johnny Bravo, "Raw Deal in Rome" from Shake & Flick, "Changes" from Dexter's Laboratory, and the winner "Meat Fuzzy Lumpkins" from The Powerpuff Girls.
• The end Cartoon Network logo has the repeated line of Space Ghost mocking Genndy when he said "Thank you, Space Ghost."
