The place is gaurded by white fences, and generally decorated with trash cans and telephone poles. It is notable for being extremely dirty, sometimes being littered with garbage as a result of the little maintenance given by Top Cat and his gang.
The location is also where Top Cat lives, as it both acts as both his home and a hangout spot for his gang. It houses a police call box, which Top Cat frequently uses in spite of its inteded use for police contact by Officer Dibble.
