"Dibble's Birthday" is the twenty-seventh episode of Top Cat season one. It aired on April 4, 1962 on ABC. It was produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the creators of the series and the founders of Hanna-Barbera Productions.

Upon hearing word of Officer Dibble's upcoming retirement, Top Cat and the gang decide to celebrate by throwing a surprise party on his birthday.
