"The Tycoon" is the fifteenth episode of Top Cat season one. It aired on January 10, 1962 on ABC. It was produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the creators of the series and the founders of Hanna-Barbera Productions.
Benny meets up with a kindly billionaire and is given a million dollar check. He sends it to his friend Top Cat, who later finds himself becoming a tycoon by merchants finding out about his supposed fortune.
