A cut scene from this episode involved El Kabong buying toilet paper. This was cut due to the Covid 19 situation where people were hoarding toilet paper.[1] For the same reason listen above, a scene where Lippy the Lion coughs was also removed.

Release

Dates are in order of release:

Behind the scenes

  • This episode is unique as it's the first one to not have Yogi talk and plays no part in the story.
  • Barbera's is named after Joseph Barbera, co-founder of animation studio, Hanna-Barbera.
  • Mildew sends a text to Shazzan implying he has romantic feelings for Shazzan.
  • Shazzan yells out the words "Yapple dapple" when making the crackers fly over, this was originally the catchphrase of Babu of the Jeannie TV series when he used his magic.
    • Ironically enough, Greenblatt originally wanted to use Babu for the series, but was unable to, due to illegal issues. In later production, Babu was replaced with Shazzan.
  • In the Brazilian dub for this episode, El Kabong is referred to as Quick Draw. Whether this was intentional or not is unknown.
  • Quack Up selling insurance is most likely a reference to the insurance company Aflac, who's mascot is a duck.

Errors

  • Quack-Up is just credited as "Duck."
