"Self Help" is the ninth episode of Space Ghost Coast to Coast season one. It aired on October 7, 1994 on Cartoon Network. It was written by Matthew Maiellaro, and directed by C. Martin Croker and Chris Harmon.
Space Ghost ends up needing help after he asks celebrity psychologist Dr. Joyce Brothers in rehabilitating Zorak, and then demands for a sniglet from comedian Rich Hall, while Moltar and Zorak fight for the love of author, Anka Radakovich.
