Richard Travis "Rich" Hall is an American comedian, writer, documentary maker, and musician. He became notable for creating sniglets for the HBO sketch comedy Not Necessarily the News.
He was interviewed by Space Ghost in the Space Ghost Coast to Coast episode "Self Help."
