Pebbles Flintstone is a young cavegirl and one of the supporting characters of the Flintstones animated franchise. Her voice was originated by Jean Vander Pyl.
Pebbles is the daughter of Fred and Wilma. Her best friend and childhood playmate is Bamm-Bamm Rubble, her next-door neighbor. Although the franchise mainly depicts Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm as kids, they were depicted as dating teenagers in the 1970s, and then finally made the leap to adulthood and marriage in the 1990s, which led to children of their own.

A Pebble Off the Old Flintstone
Celebrating another 50 years! 50 years of fun!
I Am Cameo
Having become old and retired, Pebbles and and Bamm-Bamm now live at the Old Cartoon Sidekicks Retirement Home. They are still the size of infants, but are now wrinkled. They play chess together.[2]
Development
Pebbles was intended to be a boy until a doll company convinced Hanna-Barbera founder Joseph Barbera to turn her into a girl.

- In the Open All Night episode "Buckaroo Buddies," Bud sings along with "(Meet) the Flintstones." When the song is over and the episode begins, he is excited and tells his estranged son, Terry, this is going to be a good one because it's about Pebbles taking home a stray dinosaur, but he doesn't want to spoil the rest.
- In the alternate outfit gag in the Buzz on Maggie episode "Lunch Lady/Love Stinks," Maggie wears a prehistoric outfit with hair similar to Pebbles's.
- In celebration of Warner Bros.' 100th anniversary, they produced a special short which had the Looney Tunes characters dressed as Flintstones characters while taking a group photo in Bedrock, with Tweety as Pebbles, which nicely paired him with Sylvester as Bamm-Bamm. And, yes, Tweety is still a boy.

- "Road to Rupert:" There is a reenactment of "(Meet) The Flintstones," Meg drives Peter to the Quahog Drive-In, where he sticks his head through the car roof like Dino and then has Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm placed on top of his head.
- "Quagmire's Baby:" Quagmire is selling a tape of The Best of the World's Wildest Police Chases, which features the police in a high speed pursuit of Fred in the Flintmobile, also carrying Dino, Pebbles, and Bamm-Bamm. Dino pops his head through the roof, and Fred places the babies on top of Dino's head.
Full House
- "Our Very First Promo:" Joey and Jesse work on Michelle's hair, with Joey trying a Pebbles hairdo, but Jesse says she looks like Don King. This is shown again in "Happy Birthday, Babies, Part 1."
- "Take My Sister, Please:" Joey impresses Lisa with his imitation of Fred saying "Yabba-dabba-doo" after saying he cried for a week after watching Fred and Wilma have Pebbles, which occurred in "The Blessed Event."
- "Happy Birthday, Babies, Part 2:" The family hosts a Flintstones-themed birthday party for Michelle, who is dressed like a cavegirl with a Pebbles-like hairdo.
