Release

Dates are in order of release:

Behind the scenes

  • With every episode's title card, one of the gang announces the guest star, which is Scooby this time.
  • The flashback disregards keeping in line with the A Pup Named Scooby-Doo continuity.
  • Kristen makes a Sherlock Holmes reference, when she says, "The mystery is afoot."
  • Mystery Inc. met Big Bob in "Attack of the Weird Al-Osaurus!"
  • Daphne says "Jeepers" four.

Errors

  • Although this should be the first appearance of the monster, the episode may have been intended for season one, as a scene with the monster plays during the first song at the beginning of "The High School Wolfman's Musical Lament!"
  • Fred refers to the hospital as Eastside General Hospital, despite the fact the sign only says Eastside Hospital.
  • Kristen Schaal is clearly older than the gang in the present, but the flashback depicts her around the same age as them.
  • Shaggy and Scooby react to the monster after opening the door, despite the fact both of them had their eyes closed.
  • Schaal looks the same in her 8th grade photo.
  • Big Bob's gray hair is lighter than it was when he last appeared.
