The Banana Splits Adventure Hour is a live-action American anthology television series produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions. The series originally aired on NBC. It ran from 1968 to 1970, airing 31 episodes that spanned two seasons. It was later syndicated in 1970 as The Banana Splits and Friends Show.
The show debuted with segments, The Three Musketeers, Arabian Knights, Micro Ventures and Danger Island.
Only the first season is available on DVD in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The opening theme song is called "The Tra La La Song," which was written by Ritchie Adams and Mark Barkan. The music was composed by Ted Nichols and David Mook.
