Sebastian is the pet cat of Alexandra Cabot, and one of the supporting characters in Josie and the Pussycats animated franchise. He is voiced by Don Messick.

Character description

Although he's loyal in scheming with Alexandra to break up Josie and Alan M., he still snickers when she inevitably fails embarrassingly.
