Behind the scenes

  • The comic says an unidentified uncle of Shaggy's, but in the game, Daphne and Fred specifically say Uncle Shagworthy, who appeared in The Scooby-Doo Show episode "Scared a Lot in Camelot."
  • In the comic, the amusement park owners are referred to as Mr. and Mrs. Gobs, but in the game Daphne refers to their name as "Gob." "Gobs" may have been a confusion based on the name on their mailbox and park.
  • Shaggy says "Yoiks" instead of "Zoinks." Scooby also says, "Roiks."
  • Velma says "Jinkies" once.
  • The comic intentionally ends on a cliffhanger, informing the reader to find out who the culprit is in the game.

Errors

  • Unfortunately, the comic advertises the game for October, but it was released two months later in December.
  • On the front cover, Daphne is missing her pink pantyhose, showing her bare legs instead.
