"Paste Makes Waste" is the first part of episode eight of The Powerpuff Girls season one, and the fifteenth episode overall. It aired on January 13, 1999 on Cartoon Network. It was written by series creator, Craig McCracken, and Michael Ryan, and directed by Genndy Tartakovsky and McCracken, as well as voice directed by Tartakovsky.
