Production
Development
The episode was originally written in 1999 for the second season, but the staff feared it so closely resembled PBS' Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, there would be a lawsuit. It ended up being handed over to DC Comics for The Powerpuff Girls #7. The script was eventually revived for the fifth season but ended up airing during the sixth.[1]
Filming
The episode was copyrighted in 2003.
Music
The main title theme and the music were composed by James L. Venable, Thomas Chase, and Steve Rucker. Venable was also credited for providing additional music. The end title song was performed by Bis. The music editor was Joe Privitelli.
