"Deadomutt Part 1" is the seventh episode of Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law season one. It aired on May 25, 2003 on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block. It was written by Michael Ouweleen and Erik Richter, and directed by Robert Alvarez. The Hanna-Barbera series ridiculed in this episode is Dynomutt, Dog Wonder.

In a two-part story, Harvey goes into a downward spiral after his chance for a promotion is passed over in favor of new lawyer, Blue Falcone.

  • Harvey is 36, and Sebben is 34. Sebben started the firm when he was 26.
  • Avenger uses a coffee mug with Sebben's face.
  • Sebben has a urinal in his office.
  • This begins the recurring gag of Peter Potamus asking people, "You get that thing I sent you?"
  • This the first time neither the courthouse nor the Birdcage have been featured.
  • Dynomutt isn't referred to by name on-screen, although he is still credited as such.

Errors

  • When Avenger checks himself in the mirror, his eyes are designed differently and completely purple.
  • Falcone talks to someone called Mark on the phone, but the credits identify him as Bob.
