The Buzz Wagon is the signature Wacky Races race car of the Rufus Ruffcut and Sawtooth in the Wacky Races animated franchise.

Description

Built almost entirely out of wood with four circular saws for wheels, the Buzz Wagon, driven by Rufus Ruffcut and his beaver pal Sawtooth, can not only cut through thick obstacles, but can also help Rufus with winning the Wacky Races in most cases, such as cutting through trees and help building bridges.
