In popular culture

Main article: List of pop culture references to Flintstones
  • In the Sabrina the Teenage Witch episode "The Competition," Hilda taught Amanda an incantation by saying "Double, double, boil and trouble. Dress the cat like Barney Rubble." A generic cloth then proceeded to magically appear around Salem, who then remarked that he looked better than John Goodman, who actually played Fred, not Barney, as Barney was played by Rick Moranis. A few moments later after Amanda zaps Hilda away, Salem asks Amanda to get Ann-Margrock on the phone.
  • In The Goldbergs episode "Bever-lé," Vic said he lost three days from a hard tackle in high school football, which meant he missed this episode with Ann-Margret as Ann-Margrock.
