"Whale of a Tale" is the first episode of Touché Turtle and Dum Dum season one, and came as part of The Hanna-Barbera New Cartoon Series. It aired on September 3, 1962 in syndication. It was produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.

Touché Turtle helps Captain Ahab in capturing Moby Dick.
