Memorable quotes

Shaggy: Zoinks! We're never gonna get out of here!
Velma: "Zoinks?" That's all you have to say, "Zoinks?" What the heck does that mean anyway?
Shaggy: Oh, I'm sorry. Yeah, what do you want me to say, "Jinkies?"
Daphne and Fred: Ha ha ha ha.
Velma: Fred? Daphne? What are you laughing at?
Fred: He's got a point, Velma.
Velma: "Jinkies" is a word! Stop laughing!
Shaggy: Jinkies! I think we're royally zoinked! Is that better?
Daphne and Fred: Ha ha ha ha ha. Velma: Stop laughing!

Filming

Filming took place between July and September, 1999 in Georgia cities of Atlanta, Alpharetta, Smyrna, and Elijay. But when it came time for the live-action scenes to be filmed, the Warner Bros. had the marketing van in Toronto, Canada, so it was decided that it was cheaper for the directors to be flown over there, opposed to having the van sent to Atlanta.

A lot of the night shots were filmed by Larry Morris.

The house at the end was one that Morris lived in at one point.

Post-production

The night footage was graded with a flashlight effect and 16mm black and white scratch effects at Turner Studios.

Music

The music was uncredited.
