"Mindless" is the tenth episode of Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law season three, and the thirtieth overall. It aired on September 25, 2005 on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block. It was written by series creators, Michael Ouweleen and Erik Richter, produced by Evan W Adler, and directed by Richard Ferguson-Hull. The Hanna-Barbera series ridiculed in this episode is Top Cat.
Top Cat gets himself and Harvey arrested after he turns the latter's apartment into his own private casino. The "Mindless" part comes from a b-story with Mentok who misplaces the mind of Spyro after he switched it with a dog after Spyro's case bored him.

Release
Dates are in order of release:
- United States: September 25, 2005 on Adult Swim (Cartoon Network)
Behind the scenes
- The Third Leg strip club is a visual euphemism for Top Cat not feeling his groin. The neon picture of Potamus on the strip club is a reference to him having said that very euphemism after Harvey accidentally blasted Potamus's groin in "Harvey's Civvy."
- Mentok's home movie of when he was a baby being sent to Earth from another planet is a parody of Superman as a baby being sent from the doomed planet of Krypton to Earth.
- Mentok and Gigi watch the same movie as Phil and Birdgirl watched in the previous episode, "Return of Birdgirl".
Errors
- Edgerly is credited for voicing Potamus, although he doesn't appear in the flesh.
