Description
Hoagy's Ally is a small location situated in a Manhattan city block in between several buildings. Although its exact location is unknown, it is part of the 13th Precent where Officer Dibble works in. The place is gaurded by white fences, and generally decorated with trash cans and telephone poles. It is notable for being extremely dirty at times, occasionally being littered with garbage as a result of the little maintenance given by Top Cat and his gang.
The location is also where Top Cat lives, as it both acts as both his home – which only consists of a trash can he sleeps in – and a hangout spot for his gang. It houses a telephone call box, which Top Cat frequently uses for prank calling despite it being only for use by the police.
In the movie Top Cat and the Beverly Hills Cats, the alley was instead located in the Los Angeles area.
