Dick Dastardly is a villainous cheater who competes in the Wacky Races in the animated Wacky Races TV series. His voice was originated by Paul Winchell.

In the races, he drives the Mean Machine, with the designated number OO. He is also head of the Vulture Squadron.

In Yo, Yogi!, he's nicknamed Dickie, and was the bully at Jellystone Mall.

In SCOOB!, his full name is Richard Dastardly.
