Bubbles is a young woman with blonde, curly hair who plays keyboard for The Neptunes. She is portrayed as extremely ditzy and dimwitted, and she giggles a lot. Shelly sometimes nicknames her "Ding-a-Ling" or "Bubblehead". Whenever she volunteers to help, she usually ends up messing it up.

Bubbles and the Neptunes appeared in the episode "Shoyu Weenie", in which, after the Chan Clan discover that Jabberjaw and the Neptunes have stolen their hit single and decide to take their case to a higher power. When he's not available, they settle for Harvey.

Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated

Bubbles and the Neptunes appeared in the episode "Mystery Solvers State Club Finals".
