Biff is the leader of the Neptunes who plays the lead guitar and stars in the Jabberjaw animated television series. His voice was originated by Tommy Cook.

Character description

An athletic, handsome, brown-haired young man who is the band's guitar player and level-headed leader who books all the gigs. In many episodes, his hair is drawn black. His main catchphrase is "Jumpin' jellyfish!" (occasionally, "Hoppin' halibut!")

  • Biff and the Neptunes appeared in a music video set to pain's "JabberJaw (Running Underwater)" in which they are portrayed as an underwater ska band, with all of them wearing modern clothing instead of jumpsuits. In the music video, Biff is the lead guitarist and singer, wearing a light blue bowling shirt and jeans.
