Description
Hoagy's Ally is a small location situated in a city block in between several buildings. Although its exact location is unknown, it is part of the 13th Precent where Officer Dibble works in. The place is gaurded by white fences, and generally decorated with trash cans and telephone poles. It is notable for being extremely dirty, sometimes being littered with garbage as a result of the little maintenance given by Top Cat and his gang.
The location is also where Top Cat lives, as it both acts as both his home and a hangout spot for his gang. It houses a police call box, which Top Cat frequently uses in spite of its inteded use for police contact by Officer Dibble.
