Sebastian is the pet cat of Alexandra Cabot, and one of the supporting characters in Josie and the Pussycats animated franchise. He is voiced by Don Messick.
Character description
Although he's loyal in scheming with Alexandra in breaking up Josie and Alan, he still snickers when she inevitably fails in an embarrassing fashion.
