- In the video games, Scooby-Doo! Night of 100 Frights and Scooby-Doo! Unmasked (GBA version), there are variations of him as a boss and minion, respectively.
- In the DTV Scooby-Doo! Pirates Ahoy!, Captain Crothers disguised herself in a scuba diving suit that resembled Captain Cutler's suit.
- In the book Scooby-Doo! and the Tank of Terrors, Barry Barracuda dressed up as the ghost diver, which was based on the suit of Captain Cutler's.
- In the Scooby-Doo and Guess Who? episode "A Haunt of a Thousand Voices!," Grey Griffin dressed up in Captain Cutler's scuba diving suit to scare the gang.
In popular culture
