Errors
- Presumably the Mystery Machine in The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo was the green van just suddenly painted red, which has been retconned, perhaps wisely so, so that the red van is a separate van that has always been called the Miss-tery Machine, even though that was clearly not the case.
