Shaggy and Scooby compete against real-life celebrity comedian Jim Gaffigan (because Andy Richter and James Corden were both busy that day) in a fast-food-themed race.

Behind the scenes

With every episode's title card, one of the gang announces the guest star, which is Shaggy this time.
The race is a parody of those in Wacky Races. The old woman's racing outfit is pink just like Penelope Pitstop's.
The chauffeur standing with two of the rich racers is essentially Mike from the Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! episode "Decoy for a Dognapper."
Shaggy says "Zoinks" twice.
