"Wooden Nickels" is the ninth episode of Lippy the Lion and Hardy Har Har season two, and the thirty-fifth episode overall. It came as part of The Hanna-Barbera New Cartoon Series. It aired on April 29, 1963 in syndication. It was produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.

Lippy and Hardy receive counterfeit dollar bills from a dog, and have to uncover where the money is coming from.
