"Troubles in Dutch" is the fifteenth episode of Around the World in 79 Days season one, and came as a segment of the Cattanooga Cats. It aired on December 13, 1969 on ABC. It was produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.

In Holland, Crumden uses a strong-powder windmill to force Phinny's balloon to land, causing them to accidentally crush prize-winning tulips, to pay for the damage, Phinny enters in an annual ice skating competition.
