Tom and Jerry in the Hollywood Bowl, also known simply as The Hollywood Bowl, is the fifty-second animated theatrical short of the Tom and Jerry series. It was distributed by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer on September 16, 1950. It was produced by Fred Quimby, and written and directed by series creators, William Hanna and Joseph Barbera.
During Tom's performance at the Hollywood Bowl, he and Jerry battle their wits in tune to a Strauss piece.

Music
The score was composed by Scott Bradley. It is largely based on Johann Strauss II's overture of his 1874 operetta Die Fledermaus, while the intro and outro use Franz Liszt's 1854 symphonic poem, Les préludes.
