The Night Before Christmas is the third animated theatrical short of the Tom and Jerry series. It was released on December 6, 1941, by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. It was produced by Fred Quimby, and written and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera.
Tom gains a conscience after throwing Jerry out in the freezing cold on Christmas Eve.
