"The Headsucker's Moxy" is the first part of episode ten of The Powerpuff Girls season three, and the sixty-eighth overall. It aired on January 5, 2001 on Cartoon Network. It was written by Lynne Naylor-Reccardi and Lauren Faust, and directed by Randy Myers and series creator, Craig McCracken, and voice directed by Genndy Tartakovsky.

A mutant steals valuable information by sucking right on top of the victim's skull.

• The episode title is an allusion to the 1994 film The Hudsucker Proxy.
• Robbing Leech is named after TV personality Robin Leach.
• Bubbles says "Holy headaches, Blossom," and "Holy heist," which are references to when Robin would exclaim interjections in the form of "Holy_____, Batman," in the 1966 live-action TV series.
• The Sapphire Sultan is credited as "Sultan."
