"The Blue Kangaroo" is the first episode of Heyyy, It's the King! season one, and came as a segment of CB Bears. It aired on September 10, 1977 on NBC. It was directed by Charles A. Nichols.

The King and his friends use a blue kangaroo for a high jumper at the track meet, but at the same time, the hunter who discovered the blue kangaroo goes looking for him.

Errors

  • Although Skids was on top of the jalopy's engine, the closeup of the jalopy's radio announcing the missing blue kangaroo doesn't show him at all on the engine.
  • An over the top view at the Malt Shop shows the "Blue Kangaroo" mistakenly colored like a normal kangaroo.
  • The Blue Kangaroo was still shown to be wearing Zelda's outfit, even after Zelda was shown to be wearing her outfit again.
