Wednesday is Missing not included

Does anybody know that the episode of The New Scooby-Doo Movies episode called Wednesday is Missing is not included on both the DVD and Blu-ray releases due to Warner Bros. Home Entertainment being unable to secure the rights for the Addams Family characters from Charles Addams' estate?
