"Ship of Spies" is the sixth episode of Secret Squirrel and Morocco Mole season two, and the twenty-sixth and final overall, which came as part of The Secret Squirrel Show. It aired on October 15, 1966 on NBC. It was written by Michael Maltese, Dalton Sandifer, Warren Foster, and Tony Benedict, and produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.

Secret must apprehend Hy Spy before his invisible ship destroys the city.
