Detailed summary

Memorable quotes

Velma: Jinkies! It's...
Mystery Inc.: Crime-fighting superhero, the Blue Falcon, and his faithful sidekick, Dynomutt, AKA the Dog Wonder.

Timothy: And I would have gotten away with it, too, if it weren't for--well, I guess if it weren't for Dynomutt. Huh. Oh, and, uh, right, you meddling kids.

Release

Dates are in order of release:

Behind the scenes

  • With every episode's title card, one of the gang announces the guest star, which is Scooby this time. The title card says Blue Falcon, although Scooby announces him as the Blue Falcon.
  • Velma acts completely the opposite toward Blue Falcon as she does in the Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated episode "Heart of Evil."
  • Fred says "Hold the phone" twice.
  • Velma says "Jinkies" once.
  • Daphne says "Jeepers" once.
  • Dynomutt has a photo of the antique dealer from "Ollie Ollie In-Come Free!"

Errors

  • The card of Superthug has him with green hair and wearing a green and yellow suit when he originally had orange hair and wore a red and gold suit.
  • When Velma shows Blue Falcon the trading card of him fighting Superthug and Zorkon, Zorkon is absent. In Charles Visser's animatic, Velma shows Blue Falcon a separate card with him fighting Zorkon.[1]
  • The card of Fishface has him in orange colors, instead of green.
  • Before Dynomutt cleans the chair in the museum, his eyebrows are gray.
  • Medusa is referred to as and even credited as "Medusa Monster." In case you didn't understand that Medusa was already a monster by her very name.
  • Kimberly Brooks is credited as voicing a rich woman, which is a reference to the art gallery scene, but none of the guests talk.
