Him is one of the antagonists of the Powerpuff Girls animated franchise. He is a powerful, flamboyant demon with supernatural abilities, and is considered one of the strongest and most dangerous enemy of the Powerpuff Girls. He voice was originated by Tom Kane.

Character description

This is a villain so evil, so sinister, so horribly vile that even the utterance of his name strikes fear into the hearts of men. The only safe way to refer to this king of darkness is simply... Him.
The Narrator, The Powerpuff Girls, "Octi Evil"

Him is demon with an androgynous appearance. He has large lobster-like claws; pointed ears; a black widow's peak hair, lime green eyes; a hooked nose; and a long, curled beard. He has a red skin complexion; rosy, pink cheeks; and black lips, very often in a wide smile. He wears a red jacket and puffy, pink tulles at the collar and hemline; a black leather belt with a buckle, and black, spike-heeled boots.

Being one of the Powerpuff Girls' most evil entities, Him is shown to be an extremely dark soul. He is bitter, cruel, ruthless, diabolical, domineering, and possesses seemingly no other motive but to use his dark magic and/or psychological manipulation for his personal, evil needs. He finds pleasure in the suffering of others, treating everyone around him like toys to be played and broken with. Unlike most villains in the series, Him frightens even the other criminals of Townsville, since he could easily destroy the world if he wants to, but prefers to play mind games with his victims most of the time. His most common downfall to his plans are the Powerpuff Girls, who he constantly underestimates.

Apart from his psychopathic behavior, he is generally flamboyant; always speaking in a falsetto voice, which sometimes changes to a deep, angry and commanding tone. When not causing mayhem, Him can be shown as quite polite at times, such as in "Telephonies", where the Powerpuff Girls broke into his dimension and nonchalantly spoke to them as he exercises.
