Detailed summary
During a rainy, stormy night, the island of Mikimoa slightly sinks into the water.
Charlie contacts the CB Bears through the CB Radio while they're working on fixing the Perfume Wagon in a garage. Boogie flies into the air while complementing Charlie's voice and picks up the CB, while Hustle and Bump continue to work on the Perfume Wagon, Hustle remarks to Boogie's statement of Charlie being "wall-to-wall, and treetop tall," stating that he always imagined Charlie being shorter than a tree, Bump corrects him, stating that it means she's coming in, loud and clear, as doing so, he accidentally turns a bolt off causing oil to spill in Hustle's face, Hustle tells Bump to get him a rag. Charlie informs Boogie about the island in the south seas sinking, Boogie informs Charlie of them being on their way and then pulls the leaver to let the Perfume Wagon down, without acknowledging that Hustle is still underneath. Boogie asks Bump where Hustle went, with Bump pointing to underneath the Perfume Wagon, when Hustle crawls out.
During the trip to the island, Hustle asks Charlie what the name of the island is, to which Charlie informs them that its handle is "Mikimoa," Bump states that it sounds "peaceful enough," to which, Charlie states that in the native language, it means "Island of Terror." Bumps responds by saying "Holla Mikimoa," then turns the Perfume Wagon back around. Hustle stops him in stating that "Holla doesn't just mean goodbye, it also means hello."
The bears make it to a beach, and drive into the lake, Boogie turns on the bears' computer to see what's ahead of them, which reveals a giant eye, Bump goes to see what's on the monitor and gets scared by the eye, Bump then proceeds to exit from the backdoor, which fills the place with water. Boogie closes the backdoor letting the water out. The bears' truck runs into the creature from earlier, which is revealed to be a giant squid. The giant squid grabs the truck, so Boogie then sends out the bears' "garbage camouflage spree," the squid causes the squid to let go of the truck, and the bears escape.
The bears keep going until they hit the island of Mikimoa, they remark the sign saying "population: 1," who, unannounced to them, was actually watching them. Bump fates out after Hustle mentions that the one could be "King Kong." Hustle then tells Boogie to get into his frog suit, Boogie mistakes this as an actual frog suit and Hustle corrects the mistake. Boogie is launched onto the island through a "torpedo launch," and reports back through the "portable CB" that he made onto the island, so they are in the clear to come onto the island.
The bears drive onto the island and walk around to "check it out," huge drums fall on the bears as they're walking, and the man on the island starts to play the drums, he introduces himself as "Milo" and states that everybody left the island because "nobody likes the way he plays drums." The island begins to sink again, much to the surprise of the bears and Milo.
The bears go underwater again to find out the cause of the island sinking, much to their surprise, they discover that it was actually a shark who was eating the cores that hold the island up. The shark chases the bears until Boogie comes up with an idea to stop the shark with taffy, which ends up working.
The bears report back to Charlie and inform her that the mystery has been solved. Charlie asks how they made the island float back up, with the bears revealing they used their tires around the island to make it float. Milo proceeds to "celebrate" with the drums again, causing the bears to put on earmuffs.
