The CB Radio, also known as Citizen Band Radio, is a recurring object in various Hanna-Barbera properties. It is a radio used by truckers throughout the late-1970s. There was also a craze for the radio in the 70's, though they aren't as relevant today as they were back then.
Description
A CB radio is a device that allows for short-distance, two-way voice communication among individuals. Operation of the device may be used for personal and business communications.
History
CB Bears
In CB Bears, the titular trio use a CB radio when they are contacted by Charlie about a mission.
Clue Club
The Clue Club's Clue Car has a built-in CB radio and video phone.
The All-New Popeye Hour
In "Queen of the Load," Popeye and Olive Oyl are truckers who communicate via CB radio. Bluto is also a CB user.
