Harry and Carl are two crooks who kidnapped Yogi and Boo Boo for their circus act. They were also the main antagonist that only appeared in the Four Color story "Yogi Bear Birthday Party".
They were the former owners of Go Go the Gorilla until they were arrested for kidnapping Yogi and Boo Boo.
